Inside Sales Representatives
Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISR's) take a proactive approach, communicating with Manufacturing, Engineering and the Regional Sales Managers to ensure that each customer receives quality customer service from the first point of contact. We are available to assist with new customer accounts, order placement, request for quotes, order status, inventory inquiries, tracking of shipments, and invoicing details. Each ISR is familiar with our entire customer base and has been trained on our company's standardized procedures, enabling them to fulfill your needs quickly and efficiently.
Regional Sales Managers
Our Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) are technically oriented with many years of engineering and sales experience in glass and semiconductor-related fields. In cooperation with our engineering team, our RSM's are able to assist you with all aspects of your quartzware needs, including forecasting, inventory management, yield enhancement and research and development projects.
